Dinari, a provider of tokenized US equities, is running its onchain stock infrastructure on Avalanche, from the Dinari Financial Network Layer 1 it launched in August 2025 to dShares on Avalanche’s C-Chain, according to an Avalanche announcement. The network acts as a coordination and settlement layer for tokenized securities.
dShares are tokens backed 1:1 by real underlying equities, and holders keep rights to dividends and corporate actions. Dinari is an SEC-registered transfer agent and distributes the tokens through fintech partners via an API.
US investors gain access to the full S&P 500
In August, Dinari opened 724 tokenized US stocks and ETFs, including the entire S&P 500, to eligible US investors on Avalanche, Ethereum, Arbitrum and Base, with purchases in USDC, The Defiant reported.
